Customer Service DutiesImprove customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution Processing of all client requests (including, but not limited to consumer disputes, account verifications, rescore program submissions, public record searches, credit file updates, bankruptcy document requests and verifications, employment verifications) Processing in-person consumer credit report requests New and existing client training

Technical Support DutiesClient account updates Technical troubleshooting (including, but not limited to customer login/password errors, IP address errors, LOS interface errors) Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac error troubleshooting Lender submission errors Credit Bureaus errors (Frozen consumer files, fraudulent information, mixed files, etc.) Vendor verification product errors troubleshooting

Administrative DutiesNew Client Setup and Onboarding Accounts Receivable/collections Processing client payments Client file maintenance (residential onsite inspections, information updates) Client setup with third-party vendors Service 1st New Hire Training Service 1st Employee Training
