Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
Processing of all client requests (including, but not limited to consumer disputes, account verifications, rescore program submissions, public record searches, credit file updates, bankruptcy document requests and verifications, employment verifications)
